Q: How to measure the radius?
A: Use a carpenter’s square to measure the corner radius.
Q: How to decide where the hinge/fold is?
A: The longer side is always cut in half by the fold / hinge. For example, side A>side B, fold / hinge falls on side A, If spa / hot tub was placed against wall or fence, the fold should be designed accordingly, for more convenient access.
Q: How to choose the thickness of spa cover?
A: Standard thickness: 100mm to 70mm (4”- 3”taper) ;
Optional thickness for higher R-value: 150mm to 100mm (6”- 4”taper).
Q: How to measure the skirt length and tie-down strap length?
A: Normally the spa acrylic edge should be fully covered by the skirt, so the skirt length is a little longer than acrylic shell edge height.
The cover locks of tie-down straps are mounted onto the spa cabinet, so the enough space for cover lock installation should be considered.
Q: Is it possible to order just one cover?
A: Yes, all our covers are tailor-made according to spa hot tub measurements. Just the shipping need to be well-arranged, in order to save the shipping cost.
Q: Small volume order accepted? MOQ?
A: We accept small volume order by LCL shipping, and MOQ=1 pallet.
