about the foam
- virgin Expanded PolyStyrene (EPS) foam core offers the best insulating value of any materials available today, and tapered foam will shed water like the roof of a house;
- heat-sealed with a polyethylene vapor moisture barrier to protect the foam against water absorption;
- U-channel reinforcement in the foam adds strength across the fold of the cover;
- reinforced hinge corners for cover lifter application;
- expert heavy-duty stitching, high-density double stitching for added strength at all points of stress, X stitching for cover handles, UV-resistant threads, high-quality craftsmanship;
- we offer a large variety colours and custom options – for hot tubs spas of all shapes, sizes and styles;
- upgrade options: mesh backside liner, double-wrapping option, aluminum wrapping on the foam cores, stainless steel frame reinforcement, split cover corners etc.

TIP: we suggest opening your cover completely and circulating the water for 15-20 minutes on a weekly basis (if your spa is not in use) to prolong the life of your cover and prevent chemical deterioration.
