  - heat-sealed vapor barrier film (polyethylene) stops vapor water from going into the foam cores;

  - sturdy, two-layer hinge, full-length hinge seal, make our cover more energy efficient overall by filling in the entire gap between the two halves;

  - reinforced hinge corners for cover lifter application;
  - expert heavy-duty stitching, high-density double stitching for added strength at all points of stress, X stitching for cover handles, UV-resistant threads, high-quality craftsmanship;

TIP: we suggest opening your cover completely and circulating the water for 15-20 minutes on a weekly basis (if your spa is not in use) to prolong the life of your cover and prevent chemical deterioration.
